Acushla (Fremantle)

Acushla play vibrant, soulful original music on traditional instruments: santoor (an Indian stringed hammered dulcimer), marimba (African xylophone), silver flute and hand percussion (African djembe). Composer Arshi Tope has jazz, classical and ethnic influences and is joined by Michael O'Shaughnessy and Chandy Pendergrast to perform this musical magic on the streets.
